Whether you’re setting yourself up for a long day in the saddle or just a lazy day on one of Gower's beautiful beaches, we’ve got a cracking breakfast that will fuel you for your day.
First, take your pick from the vegetarian (and, in most cases, vegan) continental breakfast menu. Changing each day, this may include things like Acai & chia overnight oat bowls with blackberry compote; Roasted rhubarb and maple oaty crumble with saffron Greek yogurt or a spinach and courgette frittata
If there still room, tuck into something from the concise hot menu, all with locally sourced ingredients. Again, depending on the season, this could be a vegan breakfast burrito, mini Welsh vegetarian breakfast with laverbread , sweetcorn fritters with avocado and feta, or Goan scrambled eggs with chapati, avocado and harissa baked beans
Freshly ground coffee from local producers. Espresso if you need that kick for a ride first thing or a few cups of filter for a more relaxed start to the day
